ABOUT ME

Kirsty Birnstiel

Hello and welcome to my website.  My name is Kirsty and I am a Barefoot trained and ICF registered coach.


I believe that in order to transform your way of being or working means reflecting in a confidential space on what your motivations are and what drives you. My coaching approach is relational and comes from a place of interest and curiosity. I draw from my experience as a counsellor when working with clients. I help people to develop and get clear on their wants and needs which then enables them to have or achieve what they really want in their career or life.

I am particularly interested in working with women in business around areas such as confidence and leadership. Having run my own businesses in the past, I understand the challenges that come with that territory.

We work collaboratively and our focus will be on finding solutions in preference to analysing problems. When working with you I will use incisive questions, coaching visual tools, Transactional Analysis to help you get clear on what might be holding you back or what resources you already have (maybe without realising!) to move forward.
